Shipping

The Serpents Club ships worldwide and also offer free worldwide shipping for all orders over £250

Shipping is calculated at the checkout and is based on location. All orders are shipped via Royal Mail and include signature receipt and/or tracking.

All parcels are insured from £50-£2000 based on the courier type selected at the checkout. Orders that qualify for free delivery are insured up to £1000. Our shipping fee does not include import charges or taxes, which are the sole responsibility of the customer. 

When your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link via email or text, depending on the communication methods selected at checkout. Please check spam or junk folders as sometimes they may accidentally sort this email into the wrong folder. Please allow up to 72 hours for your tracking link to go live - during the pandemic we switched to drop and go services, which are dropped twice a week between Monday and Friday (our operating hours) and are processed by the courier. Once they have manually inputted the parcel information, tracking links will go live so you can keep an eye on your orders journey. 

Please note premium shipping services, such as next day delivery require one working day from order date for handling and packing. For example: If you order on a Friday or over the weekend and select special next day, your item will not ship until Tuesday morning.  

Please note we will not reimburse or refund any order/parcel value if you have failed to accept the delivery of an item. In the event of a missed delivery, it is the buyers sole responsibility to rearrange the delivery or pick it up from your local delivery depot within 14 days of the missed delivery. Failing to accept or collect a delivery does not fall under our parcel insurance and any parcels returned by the courier due to failed delivery will not be reimbursed. We are happy to resend parcels in this event as we understand sometimes life gets in the way - however it is the buyers responsibility to pay for any additional shipping services required in such circumstances.
