To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in good resale condition. Please include all original packaging and a note of your order number.

Please make us aware of your intention to return your order and send the order back using a tracked delivery service within 30 days. If the stated days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t accept returns.

 

WHAT CAN'T BE RETURNED?
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned or exchanged.

Non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Sample Sale
  • Final Sale and Clearance
  • Custom Designed Goods
  • Made To Order Fine Jewellery (as it's custom made to size and metal)
  • Cosmetics or skincare (for hygeine purposes)
  • Earrings or body jewellery (for hygeine purposes)

 

HOW DO I RETURN MY ORDER?

To return your product, please contact us at service@theserpentsclub.co.uk and we can forward on your return information. Your order must be in new and unused condition with all original packaging included. 

Buyers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with sending back a return. We recommend using a trackable shipment service that is insured against damage or loss.

 

WHEN WILL I GET MY REFUND?

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. Refunds are processed within 7 working days to your original payment methods. Refunds will be for your order amount minus any shipping and courier costs (if applicable), we do not charge a restocking fee.
